COMING IN FROM THE EAST: HWY 20 WEST FROM GALENA

Downtown Galena to Dubuque is a 20 minute drive. Allow 45 minutes if you are at Eagle Ridge Inn or Chestnut Resort. Approaching the city of Dubuque on Hwy 20 West, you will cross the Mississippi River.
Coming off the bridge, you will meet a large four way intersection and turn right.( Locust Street)
Move into the middle lane and follow the sign " Downtown Civic Center" & " Iowa Welcome Center.”
Travel 4 blocks, and take a right on 3rd Street. We are located at the end of 3rd Street, in the Ice Harbor./Port of Dubuque.
Park in the parking lot closest to the river. Enter the doors for the casino closest to the river. The ticket office for the Spirit is located inside the double set of green doors.
